Skinny Mission Me in response to [inspire]ation

5 years ago (while on my mission) I looked like this. . .that was 55 pounds lighter than I am now. . .That was cause I was on bikes every other week. . .well in this area it was basically EVERY week (and I was active all day long). One day we even rode 25 miles. One day, after my mission, my mom and I sat down and figured out that I probably rode about 1,000 miles in all.

Super Cooper & I in Greensboro

Now I can't even pedal up a hill without getting winded (NC has hills. . .not mountains but hills that at first were hellish but I enjoyed riding them eventually. . . my companions hated hills). . .I love riding bikes. . .even in the rain. . .but I'm so out of shape that it is difficult since I kind of live on a hill. . .and to get to work I have to go up hill. . .dang mountains!

All I can say is LETS DO IT Steph!

my favorite part about mission pictures is that you girls who lose weight don't get to show off that awesome hot bod until you're home!! You're in suits, men's tees... BIG clothes... then you get home and BAM!

Hee hee...

I bought some multi-grain flat-out bread last night...going to try to make lunch my only grain meal.... I need to get that Biggest Loser book though.

Awww dangit.... I don't even want to look at my mission photos from 5 years ago. :( I think that was about 50lbs and 6 dress sizes ago. DANGIT!! I wasn't on a bike, but walking for miles in the humidity will DEFINITELY do wonders for a figure!
