Friday

So, where to start. . .
It was absolutely fabulous. . .
If I only had one sentence that would be it, fabulous and that's all.

Actually there is more.
About 6:45 he, lets call him CD, called me and said he would be 15 minutes late. (Very curteous) That was fine because I was running that late too. I couldn't find my couscous recipe and still haven't, but thanks to liza who saved the day. . .YAY!!! THANKS!

7:30 rolled around and he still hadn't come so I tried to call but there was not answer so I sat and waited wondering where he was. When he finally came he brought flowers with him!!! Not just flowers, but YELLOW & WHITE!!! Did I mention that yellow is my favorite color? He certainly didn't know but he brought me yellow lillies and carnations and daisies and white ones too! So I told him.

Such a gentleman, he served me dinner and then raved it dinner. We had green salad (with radishes, tomatoes, carrots, and cucumber), couscous with orange zest and dried cranberries, and pork cutlets cooked in basalmic vinagrette dressing, and chocolate cheesecake. He told me his mom use to cut up radishes in salads and he loved it and he never had had couscous but he liked it. He had second helpings of everything, including the cheesecake which I sent home with him after the dance. When I asked him if he wanted it he said, "Yes, but that is only my carnal desire. You should share it with your roommates." So I told him that I intended to make it with sugar free pudding but I picked up the wrong one. So, because I am not suppose to have that much sugar, so by taking it he was helping me so that I wouldn't eat it. Then he took it, I'm glad he did because he liked it so much.

On our way to the dance he offered to drive. I was fine with that. As we walked to his truck he suddenly said let me pull my truck out so you don't have to step in the snow. He pulled it out onto the street. He did and then put his truck in park, got out, and opened my door!!!! In the middle of the street!!! What a great guy.

The dance was awesome, awesome, awesome. He taught me some moves because he loves to dance. . .I do too. . . YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!! We had so much fun. . .it was great. Unfortunately I don't have pictures yet because my digital camera wasn't working so we used my slr and will have to use the rest of the film to get them. . .darn it!!!!

Anyway that was the day. He is so sweet. . .
