Meal Plans

I took this idea from Stewie. I want to try to get going on meal plans for the week so I can stop wasting money when I don't use foods and have to throw it away.

My goal is to pull it together and use left overs for lunch and maybe save some money while I'm at it.

I'm going to start with dinners and then later I will begin to do lunch and breakfast. . . this is just the beginning.

Monday:
Dinner with whats on hand. Spinach and cheese ravioli with turkey burger and tomato sauce. Green Salad. Canned peaches in its own light syrup.

Tuesday:
Tacos
Taco Shells, re-fried beans, turkey burger, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, Cottage cheese with canned fruit in light syrup.

Wednesday:
BBQ Chicken, oven roasted veggies, whole wheat bread, applesauce.

Thursday:
Pork cooked in vinaigrette, quinoa, green salad, canned pears

Friday:
home made pizza, green salad, fresh fruit

Saturday:
crock pot chicken, steamed veggies, strawberries and evaporated milk

Sunday:
Dinner at mom and dad's
