Amazing

This week has been really difficult for me. At the first of the week I didn't know if I would make it through. I really just wanted to crawl under a rock and die. You know. . .give up and not deal with all the crap that happens on a daily basis?

Well, I know I am where I should be because there are some people who have come into my life that have helped me see so very much what I need this week. Come Friday night I was a mess. . .I managed to get through a wedding and reception without crying but that night I went shopping with my friend and afterwords we went to her house and talked about life and what has been happening in my life. That is when I broke down and cried and couldn't stop. I had thought I was over it and that it was tied to "hormonies" but now I realize that it isn't at all that.

Life is never easy, but it sure beats the alternative.

Tonight I went over to that friend's house to have some fun and do some crafts. It was really fun, but the night before she had told me that if there was anything that I needed her to do even if it was make an appointment to please ask her. She set it up so that I could have a blessing I needed so much. It was wonderful. Her willingness to help has helped me so much.

She also gave me a poem or quote or whatever you wanna call it. . .called Girls are Like Apples

Girls are like apples on trees, the best ones are at the top of the tree. Boys don't want to reach for the good ones because they're afraid of falling and getting hurt. Instead they just get the rotten apples that are on the ground, that aren't as good, but easy. So the apples at the top think that there is something wrong with them, when in reality, they are amazing. That is why we just have to be a little patient and the right boy, the one who takes a chance to find the good, right apple, will come someday.
